What makes us different?

 

Holt HR Consulting was founded in 2012 by Peter Holt, LLB, PGDip, Assoc CIPD, who had previously spent over 15 years in the City of London working for international law firms as a recognised business adviser and specialist in human resources, industrial relations and employment law.

 

Peter is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Employment Relations from the University of Leicester.  Peter is also an unregistered (non-practising) barrister and a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.  Holt HR Consulting provides Human Resources, Business and Employment Law Consultancy Services to businesses in the private and public sector, from large and international companies, to SMEs and start-ups, as well as the charity/third sector.

 

Experienced, knowledgeable and highly skilled, Holt HR Consulting has the expertise to provide commercial and practical guidance to the business community, having appeared as a representative for numerous respondents in relation to claims in the Employment Tribunal.  Additionally, we have advised companies of all sizes on commercial contracts, corporate governance and business planning matters.

 

What Holt HR Consulting can do, therefore, is provide you with the guidance, advice and, if necessary, representation that you would expect of leading experts in the field of business support, human resources and employment law, but at a fraction of the cost.
