Exclusive HR Consulting
Half or Full Day Rate Service
Holt HR is able to offer its HR/employment law services in-house on an exclusive basis for one or more days per month.
This will be enable organisations in need of a limited amount of Human Resources and/or employment law support to benefit from a dedicated service on a regular basis, but without the need to recruit additional full-time (or part-time) staff. It is also likely to reduce the need for your organisation to seek some external legal advice and support in relation to HR and employment law matters.
Holt HR will charge for this service at a day or half-day rate to be agreed. Additional or multiple days in the same calendar month will be available at reduced rates.
As an independent consultant (with full indemnity insurance in place), this will avoid the need for businesses to pay employer's National Insurance Contributions, as well as negating the risks associated with statutory employment liabilities, such as redundancy pay and unfair dismissal.
In return, Holt HR will provide, on an exclusive basis, 7 hours (full day) or 3.5 hours (half day) of our time and attention, to deal with your various internal HR management and/or employment law issues. This does not extend to managing payroll or pensions however.
There is no contractual minimum period - simply a month to month consultancy arrangement without notice requirements on an ad hoc basis.
